Jane is president of Pierce Development Group and creator of Coaching to Win. An expert in leadership development, Jane previously served as vice president of talent and organizational development for Archer Daniels Midland Company¬ģ where she implemented Coaching to Win to more than 3,000 leaders globally. She has a strong track record of working collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization to create targeted solutions that have strong bottom line impact. Her approach engages others and builds internal ownership of solutions resulting in immediate acceptance and stronger application.

Author of Coaching to Win, and named one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Illinois from the National Diversity Council in 2013. She also served on the California Diversity Council Board. Jane resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband.
